GLG October Card Show – Vendor Registration
The Great Lakes Gaming card show is BACK! Hosted in our secure 22nd floor gaming lounge overlooking downtown Rochester. We’re inviting unique vendors to offer a wide range of various trading card titles, additional trinkets and wares, as well as treats!
A NOTE TO VENDORS: If you are selling any product that is currently available in retail stores, you may not sell it any more than 20% above MSRP. Otherwise you may not be invited to future events.
We will also refund any ticket purchased not made by an invited purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
Why are we doing this? To continue a good faith effort and support of our community who realize the struggle it currently is to get modern product due to product scarcity and reselling habits. Please work with us on building a show that offers a wide range and unique and interesting products.
Event Details:
Date: Friday, October 2nd
Setup/Drop Off 12 Noon - 4:00PM
Show Time: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Location: Innovation Square, Rochester, NY
Table Options:
8, 8-ft table – $40 (Large Event Room)
4, 4-ft table – $20 (Video Game Room)
Vendor Amenities & Security:
Building security in lobby
UHD cameras throughout venue
Pizza provided for vendors
Controlled access, well-lit space
