Description: Bring in your parts, and we’ll professionally assemble your custom PC. We’ll handle installation of all components, manage your cables, ensure proper airflow, and complete a full system check to make sure everything powers on and runs smoothly.
Guided PC Build (Build It With Us)

Description: Want to build your own PC but don’t want to go it alone? We’ll walk you through the entire process step-by-step. You’ll install the components yourself with our guidance, gaining hands-on experience and learning best practices for your next build.
IT Support
PC Tune-Up
Price: $45
Description: Remove programs and shortcuts you do not want, and configure start-up items and services to best suit your needs. Installation of critical updates for your operating system. Set your favorite web browser as the default and configure the default home page and search engine. Installation of recommended programs and antiviruses.
Virus Removal and OS Repair
Price: $99
Description: We will troubleshoot and diagnose your device. If additional or upgraded hardware is required, we'll provide an estimate of how much this will cost. We'll fix operating system issues, including boot errors and blue screens. If we discover any viruses and spyware on your device, we'll remove them for you. If your device is a computer, we'll remove any programs or desktop shortcuts you deem unnecessary, configure startup services to your specifications, and install applicable critical updates to your software.
PC Or Tablet Setup
Price: $25
Description: We’ll get your device up and running by powering it on, completing initial setup, verifying internal hardware, setting up or logging into user and email accounts (up to three), installing system and security updates along with two additional apps, streamlining startup for easy access to your favorite programs, and removing unwanted pre-installed software to keep your desktop and menus clean.
Data Backup Or Transfer
Price: $99
Description: We’ll back up or transfer your data to a device or medium of your choice (like a hard drive, NAS, or DVDs), using your supplied storage or an optional hard drive we can provide, all while preserving your original folder structure, installing necessary software for external drives, and helping you set up a personalized backup schedule—please note, this drop-off service does not include network setup or file name management, and may require an add-on for large data volumes over 10GB.

We reserve the right to deny any repair at our discretion.
We do not repair laptops with faulty motherboards.
We are not liable for data loss or damage to files during diagnostic or repair services.
Devices left unclaimed for 30 days after notification of completion may be considered abandoned and may be recycled or resold to recoup costs.
Water-damaged or heavily modified devices may have limited repair options and are repaired at the customer’s risk.
We do not guarantee the repair of devices with unknown or multiple issues until after full diagnostics.
